Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC177 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,880 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC177-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPX1, STRBP, and LRRFIP1. Each is linked with CCDC177 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC177-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC177 results are reported.
