Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC177 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC177 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CCDC177 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC177 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and HNSC show a favorable association.
UVM, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where CCDC177 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
