Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC153 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,798 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC153-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS1, DLG1, and ARHGEF12. Each is linked with CCDC153 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC153-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC153 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC153 versus PLS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC153→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC153) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
