Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC152 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,294 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC152-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Citrulline metabolic process, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with CCDC152 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC152-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC152 results are reported.
