Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC152 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC152 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCDC152 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC152 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.
HNSC, STAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where CCDC152 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
