CCDC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RN7SKP181, and RNU1-96P. Each is linked with CCDC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC15-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by CCDC15-low versus CCDC15-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
