CCDC141

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC141 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,970 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC141-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, VRK1, and SRP54. Each is linked with CCDC141 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC141-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC141 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by CCDC141-low versus CCDC141-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC141→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC141) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
