CCDC140

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC140 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC140-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, UHRF1, and CENPM. Each is linked with CCDC140 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC140-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC140 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by CCDC140-low versus CCDC140-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC140→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC140) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
