Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC136 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,281 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC136-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SARM1, CRMP1, and RBM47. Each is linked with CCDC136 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC136-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC136 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC136 versus SARM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC136→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC136) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
