Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC136 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,073 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC136-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3IP1, SOX10, and SUN2. Each is linked with CCDC136 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC136-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC136 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC136 versus PIK3IP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
