The most reproducible CCDC136-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3IP1, SOX10, and SUN2. Each is linked with CCDC136 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC136-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC136 results are reported.
