The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CCDC134 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC134 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and LGG are the cancer types where CCDC134 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
