Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC134 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC134 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CCDC134 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC134 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC and LGG are the cancer types where CCDC134 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
