Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC130 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,389 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC130-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, RNU6-806P, and LINC01815. Each is linked with CCDC130 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC130-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC130 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by CCDC130-low versus CCDC130-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC130→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC130) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
