Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC13-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,596 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC13-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, WDR54, and LZTFL1. Each is linked with CCDC13-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC13-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC13-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC13-AS1 versus WDR19 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
