Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC127 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC127 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CCDC127 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC127 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where CCDC127 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
