Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC125 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,983 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC125-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY6E, MICALL1, and POLR2F. Each is linked with CCDC125 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC125-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC125 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC125→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
