The most reproducible CCDC124-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX39A, ARMC6, and QTRT1. Each is linked with CCDC124 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC124-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC124 results are reported.
