Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC124 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC124-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th1 cells. Each is linked with CCDC124 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC124-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC124 results are reported.
