Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC124 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC124-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, APOL5, and KLRD1. Each is linked with CCDC124 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC124-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC124 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B grouped by CCDC124-low versus CCDC124-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC124→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC124) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
