Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC120 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,405 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC120-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CCDC120 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC120-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC120 results are reported.
