Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC116 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,565 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC116-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, NF2, and NELFB. Each is linked with CCDC116 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC116-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC116 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by CCDC116-low versus CCDC116-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC116→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC116) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
