Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC110 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC110 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CCDC110 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC110 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where CCDC110 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
