Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC107 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC107 data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CCDC107 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC107 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and SARC show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CCDC107 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
