CCDC103

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC103 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,284 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC103-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere capping, Protein localization to Golgi apparatus, and Intraciliary transport involved in cilium assembly. Each is linked with CCDC103 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC103-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC103 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of telomere capping grouped by CCDC103-low versus CCDC103-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC103→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC103) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
