CCAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,750 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR549A, RDXP1, and RASSF1. Each is linked with CCAR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCAR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR549A grouped by CCAR1-low versus CCAR1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
