Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,991 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCAR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Recombinational repair, and DNA replication. Each is linked with CCAR1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCAR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCAR1 results are reported.
