CC2D2A

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CC2D2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CC2D2A data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CC2D2A Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CC2D2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

STAD, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where CC2D2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
