CC2D2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CC2D2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CC2D2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, CDKN3, and SRP54. Each is linked with CC2D2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CC2D2A-to-partner and partner-to-CC2D2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by CC2D2A-low versus CC2D2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CC2D2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CC2D2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
