Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CC2D2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 628 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CC2D2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, CCER1, and MRGPRE. Each is linked with CC2D2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CC2D2A-to-partner and partner-to-CC2D2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by CC2D2A-low versus CC2D2A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CC2D2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CC2D2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
