Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CC2D1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CC2D1B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CC2D1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CC2D1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THYM, SCLC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CC2D1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
