CC2D1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CC2D1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,907 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CC2D1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SZT2, IPP, and MTF1. Each is linked with CC2D1B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CC2D1B-to-partner and partner-to-CC2D1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CC2D1B versus SZT2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CC2D1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CC2D1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
