Across TCGA cell cohorts, CC2D1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,426 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CC2D1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, COPI-coated vesicle budding, and Golgi transport vesicle coating. Each is linked with CC2D1B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CC2D1B-to-partner and partner-to-CC2D1B results are reported.
