Across TCGA cell cohorts, CC2D1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 336 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CC2D1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT71, DTHD1, and SLC22A6. Each is linked with CC2D1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CC2D1B-to-partner and partner-to-CC2D1B results are reported.
