CC2D1A

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CC2D1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CC2D1A data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CC2D1A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CC2D1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

ESCA, THCA, and GBM are the cancer types where CC2D1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
