Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CBX3P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CBX3P6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CBX3P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CBX3P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and BLCA show a favorable association.
COAD, KIRP, and STAD are the cancer types where CBX3P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
