CBX3P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX3P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,490 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBX3P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1, CHCHD2, and NUMB. Each is linked with CBX3P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX3P4-to-partner and partner-to-CBX3P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBX3P4 versus RSF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX3P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX3P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
