CBX3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,830 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBX3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP25, ARHGAP15_S64, and TNS2_S102. Each is linked with CBX3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX3P1-to-partner and partner-to-CBX3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBX3P1 versus UTP25 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
