Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,918 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to radiation, Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity. Each is linked with CBX1P3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX1P3-to-partner and partner-to-CBX1P3 results are reported.
