CBX1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,918 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBX1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to radiation, Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity. Each is linked with CBX1P3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX1P3-to-partner and partner-to-CBX1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to radiation grouped by CBX1P3-low versus CBX1P3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
