CBWD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBWD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,941 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBWD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBWD3, SMC5, and EXOSC3. Each is linked with CBWD5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBWD5-to-partner and partner-to-CBWD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBWD5 versus CBWD3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBWD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBWD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
