CBWD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBWD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBWD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, GAPDH, and GATA6. Each is linked with CBWD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBWD2-to-partner and partner-to-CBWD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CBWD2-low versus CBWD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBWD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBWD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
