CBS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,313 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, NCAPG, and SMC2. Each is linked with CBS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBS-to-partner and partner-to-CBS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBS versus SMC4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
