Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CBLN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN4-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CBLN4-low versus CBLN4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
