Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBLN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT28, OR10Q1, and TEX33. Each is linked with CBLN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN4-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT28 grouped by CBLN4-low versus CBLN4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
