CBLN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,261 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1, TBC1D2B, and SNX1. Each is linked with CBLN3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN3-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLN3 versus RTN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
