Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBLN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,196 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of stress-activated MAPK cascade, Macroautophagy, and Response to starvation. Each is linked with CBLN3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN3-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of stress-activated MAPK cascade grouped by CBLN3-low versus CBLN3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
