Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEL1L, TCIRG1, and TRABD. Each is linked with CBLN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN2 results are reported.
