Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10, TBC1D3, and CD300H. Each is linked with CBLN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF10 grouped by CBLN2-low versus CBLN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
