Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, HDHD5-AS1, and RNU6-1169P. Each is linked with CBLL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLL2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by CBLL2-low versus CBLL2-high in UCEC.
