Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, 4E-BP1, and Snail. Each is linked with CBLL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLL2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by CBLL2-low versus CBLL2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
