CBLL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM24, NUP205, and MEPCE. Each is linked with CBLL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLL1-to-partner and partner-to-CBLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLL1 versus TRIM24 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
