CBLC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 294 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM214, TRAJ5, and BNIP3P41. Each is linked with CBLC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLC-to-partner and partner-to-CBLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM214 grouped by CBLC-low versus CBLC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
